The staff was excellent & the rooms were very clean.
The tv was not modern. The continental breakfast lacked quality & variety.
The view from our room was fabulous.
Coffee wasn't available until 7:30 on a Sunday morning - too late.
Hotel staff was responsive to any issues or questions I had.
The Boothbay Harbor Inn satisfied all our needs and the staff are more than pleasant. We have family in the area who met us there for dinner, the restaurant is exceptionally good. The walk-way to town makes the hotel pleasant and quiet yet gives quick access to the wharf and the shops. We will be back!
Staff was very nice. Restaurant was excellent. Rooms clean.
Continental breakfast could offer more. Ran out of fruit 1 day; could have a waffle making machines. Many hotels have this.
The view of the harbor. The helpful, friendly staff is a real plus. The restaurant was very good and again has great water views.
The beds could be more comfortable.
Loved the room looking out onto the harbor and the easy access to dining and shopping. I will be back again.
It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.
Restaurant seating of a loud large group in the middle of the room took away from the quaint, piano background experience. They should have been seated at the far back, away from the piano end.
It was an acceptable location and an ok place for a last minute booking in season. I selected it primarily because it was in the center of the Boothbay Harbor activity
As an Architect I thought the layout was dated and the public spaces were not very inviting. As always when I travel I have a tendency to view facilities with a designers eye and how I would have done it differently
We have been to Boothbay many times, usually have stayed elsewhere, this time we didn't and we were very happy with your hotel. It is perfect if all you want to do is walk around and see the sites. I love that it is across the bay, but close to the foot bridge. We will definately visit again!
Close to town center, walk dsitance to everywhere.
Small breakfast place and no much choice.
I enjoyed easy access to shopping. I enjoyed the beautiful view of the harbor and all the ships going and coming.
I would have appreciated a pool and coffee in the morning earlier than 7:00 AM.
It was located right on the water and had easy access to the shops/cafes. It was a beautiful location.
It did not have an elevator (or at least we were not told where it was) and we had to haul our suitcases up the stairs after a long trip to get there and we are a mature couple. Also, the staff that was on duty when we arrived (late arrival) was not that friendly nor helpful. The Inn needs updating. There was not an ice machine or soda machine located on our floor.
It was separated from the downtown by a bridge while still accessible which makes it a nice, quiet place to stay. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
It was very 1950-ish. The furniture had seen it's better days and there was a stain in out ceiling from a water leak.
centrified for the Maine Coast so we could visit areas but still come in for the night. The little town of Booth Bay was beautiful, the boat ride was very nice andthe food was delicious.
